I was playing with shapes the other day to see if I could come up with a new tangle...not sure if this has already been done, but I'm calling it "Chainlea" because it kinda reminds me of a chain and a leaf.
Here are the basic steps along with some variations - Enjoy!
Thank you for sharing, don't know if it's new, because I am pretty new in Zentangleland. But I like this very much, it's so floral! Hmmm. Have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeletethank you - you have a lovely weekend too!
DeleteAbsolutely lovely, thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeletebeautiful pattern, thanks for sharing it with us :)
ReplyDeleteI spied this back in March and loved it. I have been doing it and morphing it ever since. I will tell you that your tangling is amazing, but your bird drawings are my total favorite! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeletei just got a link to this one. thank you for sharing. it's beautiful. i love your art, especially your fairies. i look forward to perusing your site when i have more time.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful! I tend to lean toward the more "organic" tangles, so I love this! Nice, thanks for posting.
ReplyDeleteThis is just gorgeous! Thank you so much, for enriching my future Zentangles.
ReplyDeleteLove this! Organic-type patterns are my favorites.
ReplyDeletelove this one - as a wheat weaver i must say this looks alot like barley or beardless wheat - thanks for the memory - here in Ca i do not have my wheat farmers that let me pick in their fields! My daughters are asking for more wheat ornaments for the Christmas trees tho' so maybe I'll venture out into the farm areas.
ReplyDeleteWow! I love this one! I'm new to Zentangles (just took my first class yesterday :)) and I came across this tangle of yours on tanglepatterns.com So glad I found you because I really like your style!
